It is my belief that children learn best in familiar surroundings with familiar toys.  The foundation of your child's success is the thought that in-home therapy which assists children and encourages families is the most effective.  Sessions are conducted in your home or child's daycare setting and are customized to the unique needs of your child.  Parents, siblings, and extended family are an integral part of your child's world.  They are, therefore, encouraged to observe and participate in sessions.

Parent, family, & caregiver involvement is vital to my approach and is key to encourage learning and carry-over of skills between therapy sessions.  I will carefully explain the techniques and  goals of each exercise so that you can help your child continue to develop the needed skills on a daily basis.
